Refunds and exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT:

Damage Products Via Shipment & Size Exchange Only Within 30 Days 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the goods at alewiscenales@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
